This is all subjective so don't get triggered plz :3

    • 1: Detectives should get 2 credits instead of 1 and start without armour, then they can buy a tester/weapon and extra credit left to buy a health station/medkit (or striker...lol) considering traitors can get a knife and radar at the very beginning verses the detectives who can only get a portable tester and nothing else shows a small bit of imbalance, tho i doubt any of these changes will go through lol.
    • 2: Decrease Mac10s headshot damage from 35 to 33. The Mac10's effectiveness at range is a little to high considering its an SMG in my opinion, yes it's hard to make perfect balance but the Mac10 stands out because of its ROF and damage combined. I think it has a ROF of 700 rounds per minute, which at first doesn't sound like much but considering its a 3 shot headshot it needs some kind of balance.
    • 2: Increase the H.U.G.E-249's damage from 7 to 10, yes this doesn't sound like a big difference but we go from a 14 shot to kill to a 10 shot which makes a "huge" difference. (heheheheheh) I'd also like to see a recoil and spread decrease, not laser beam but something similar to the SG552 but increase spread overtime.
    • 3: Shotguns can reliably 1 shot kill a player in point blank range to the body (0-2 meters) If you can't reliably 1 shot a player point blank with a shotgun then why use one when you can just use a P90 or Mac10 which have higher DPS's point blank.
    • 4: Reduce the scoped recoil on the SG552 significantly, i've noticed that even though the functions there, theres no point to aiming down the scope with the SG552 because of its ridiculous recoil.
    Thanks For Reading!

Not gonna comment on the others because I usually get carried away, but for number 1:

Currently dets start with 1 credit and body armour, instead of 2 credits like the traitors. Giving them two credits and making the body armour an optional purchase would give detectives a lot more flexibility while not making them much stronger as body armour is typically the optimal choice anyway. Would definitely support such a change, had it on Kickass and it was great.

Don't agree that they should get free credits no matter how the traitor dies though; the credit is supposed to incentivize them to hunt down traitors and win the round for their innocent friends instead of camping in a corner with a health station.

most of this won't get added because the devs and staff don't like to fuck around with all this weapon and role balance.

but nevertheless thats a huge fuck yes +1 to the instakill shotguns. that would make me cream my pants.

Not a criticism for the first point at least (this may become a long reply, idk).
If you want to see the stats of guns are (at least at default (for default TTT weapons), I realise they've (Dev/owners) changed some things but not all) have a look at the code in ..garrysmod/gamemodes/terrortown/entities/weapons, these files are all the default TTT weapons.
I realise you may not know programming, but there are only particular points you really need to look at.
SWEP.Primary.Delay - how long in seconds before the gun can be fired again.
SWEP.Primay.Cone - How much spread the gun has
SWEP.Primary.Damage - how much damage is dealt when a player is shot (increases/decreases where shot).

Second, all detectives do get a credit if any of them kills a t, but that's the point; if a detective hits a t for 99 and an innocent gets the last bullet, no credit, if you mean even by innocent hands then no, definitely not - suicides, rdm, fspec, etc.

    1. Personally, I prefer that dets start with body armor and 1 cred and that's not because I wouldn't want it otherwise, it's because it makes sense, I think of them as they title says. As a detective, you'd be expected to have body armor and also have less resources, also makes the game more interesting because you need to figure out what's the most important thing you need. -1

    2. I don't think adding 10 bullets to the m16 would help but there's no harm in doing so. With the SG552, it seems too excessive, every current rifle (based on ammo used) has a backup of 20 Max, it seems weird (and over powered) to have a gun with more than that as an initial clip and I do believe that the reason it has 10 for the main clip unlike the other 2 G3's is because of what you mentioned, the higher ROF. +1 m16 although doubt will change anything, -1 SG552.

    3. Have no problems, as an avid user of the gun before it was buffed, it seems a tad overpowered in its current state. +1

    4. I like the idea behind this but at the same time it would make getting kills with it seem less rewarding (some people pride themselves on being able to get kills with the gun). Newt .
Also: I don't remember how spread increase works in TTT but the base weapon; same folder mentioned above, file: "weapon_tttbase" will have it

    5. Not really swayed either way on this, considering how little people use pistols however, I'm declined to go against this as I think people would use them even less, we already have a server where people rarely stray from the common guns (myself included) and it's nice to see those that do. -1

    6. Ignoring 6 due to not fully comprehending your suggestion and recent events.

M16 change is a bit unnecessary because you really should only be really going for the head with it unless they're low/you can't whatever but as Straight said no harm in doing so just unnecessary really.

Also, I also don't agree with 2 credits for Detectives. With body armour already equipped by default you're already pretty strong so you don't need more than 1 credit.
